Polish Oil and Gas Company (POGC) has awarded a contract to PSS Asia Engineering to install and operate 15 MMscfd Extended Well Test (EWT) Facility on EPCC basis. Primary objective of EWT facility is to produce and process gas from POGC Rehman I and Hallel X-1 wells in Kirthar Concession Block No. 2667-7 located in District Dadu, Sindh Province, Pakistan. PSS Asia Engineering has established EWT facility within specified time for production and processing of sales gas according to specifications of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL).
This facility is handling 15 MMscfd of Raw Gas, about 10 BPD of condensate and 200 BPD of produced water. EWT facility is meeting current National Environmental Quality Standards (NEQS) for Municipal and Liquid Industrial Effluents, Industrial Gaseous Emissions of the Government of Pakistan. PSS Asia Engineering has developed EWT facility in a very remote area by putting day and night efforts to cut the hills, built leveled ground for plant civil works. Complete plant is in operation since June 26, 2013. It consists of De-hydration package unit, two phase gas and liquid separator, three phase condensate, water and gas separator, control room, evaporation pond, condensate storage tanks with un-loading system, fire fighting system, gathering manifold, metering skid, air compressors, inlet and discharge piping etc.
